Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Our return policy requires that you initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed for items returned after this period.
- When returning an item, please ensure that it is in its original packaging, unused, and has all tags attached, just as it was when you received it.
- 10-12% Color difference can be there owing to the screen resolution of the device used by you and the camera lights, kindly do not expect a replacement of refund of any kind for it.
- We understand that you might want to try and check the product for fit and comfort but make sure it remains unused, unwashed and free from any scents like body odor or perfumes.
- All exchanges are subjected to availability.
- Please note that all return orders will be subject to a Return pickup and handling fee of ₹150 Per Product
- To avoid these charges, you can ask for an exchange order or Store Credit instead. This allows you to receive the correct size or style without incurring additional fees. Handling charges will be deducted from your refund.
- If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was delivered, please attach a clear video to your return request. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- You must create a short video while opening the package, this will help in processing your returns easily.
Pickup
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, we will process your refund, crediting the amount to your bank account within 5 working days.
- If your refund request is rejected, we will provide a reason and return the item to you.
- In some instances, a partial refund may be offered for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
- For COD (cash on delivery)payments, a coupon code equivalent to the total order value will be issued, valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Used promo codes, gift vouchers, or other offer vouchers will not be refunded.
Exchange
- At Art Riddh’s, exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items from our end or if the size doesn't fit well. To exchange for the same product, log in to your account and place a request at no additional cost.
- If the desired size is unavailable, consider placing a new order for a different product. If the new order is of lower value, we will refund the difference as a coupon code.
- We only allow one time size exchange within 7 days of the receipt.
- Please note that exchanges depend on the availability of the desired size, and we cannot guarantee stock.
- We aim to provide the best shopping experience, and our customer support team is available to assist with any refund and exchange requests or questions.
Undelivered Products
- If you've received confirmation that your product has been delivered, but you haven't received it, take the following steps. Check with neighbors or family members first. If unsuccessful, contact our support team at artriddhs@gmail.comor call +91 9727373205within 24 hours. We will investigate and arrange a new delivery if necessary.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 24 hoursat no extra cost. All orders canceled within this timeframe qualify for a full refund. Unfortunately, orders already shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, follow our return policy.
Sale Products
- Please be aware that products marked as "sale" or "flash sale" or from Half Price Store Collection are not eligible for returns or refunds. Size Exchanges are however accepted.
Self Ship
- Pack items securely, mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated upon receipt within 48 hours.
- For COD, a coupon code refund will be issued.
- If unsure about the shipping process, contact us, and our team will guide you.
Shipping Policy:
- Art Riddh’s LLP offers free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Enjoy free shipping, regardless of your location in India.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details for real-time tracking.
- Upon dispatching your order, we assure timely delivery within a maximum of 7 working days.
- Our delivery partners operate between 9 am to 7 pm on working days. If unavailable during delivery attempts, a maximum of 2 more attempts will be made. After the third attempt, undelivered orders will be returned.
- Delivery times may vary, and we'll keep you informed of any delays.
